OUR PURPOSE WITH REDI ACADEMY
REDI Academy is a program aimed at students and professionals in the STEM fields, interested in expanding their knowledge and skills on issues of equity, diversity and inclusion, in an innovative approach.
It is based on diverse training with materials presented in different formats, including Workshops, Online Courses, Webinars and Summer Schools.

WHAT ARE THE EXPECTED RESULTS?
- To broaden the understanding about issues of equity, diversity and inclusion in the field of Exact Sciences and Engineering.
- To better understand the issues of intersectionality in Research and Innovation and, consequently, improve the quality of what is produced.
- To build an international network of qualified instructors and experts on diversity and inclusion issues.
- To show the importance of creating accessible environments, reducing the number of access barriers, whether physical, institutional, social or similar, in order to guarantee inclusion for all.
