Luís Gustavo is from Patos de Minas (MG), a graduate student from the 9th period of Production Engineering at UNIPAM.

He has worked for 4 years at Cooperativa Central Mineira de Laticínios, with experience within the industry in the area of process improvement, data collection, optimization of factory production scheduling, raw material collection and transportation logistics and supplier development.

At REDI Institute, he works in the financial and legal sectors, seeking to optimize and to manage the Institute's projects in an efficient way.
