She has a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from São Paulo State University - UNESP (1985), a master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (1994) and a PhD in Education (Curriculum) from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (2000). She is a Lecturer in "Teacher Training for a Digital and Inclusive School" by UNESP (2015). Leader of the Research Group Enhancing Environments for Inclusion (API). She is currently a volunteer adjunct professor at UNESP and a professor in the Graduate Program at the University of Oeste Paulista (Unoeste). She has served as General Coordinator of Pedagogical Policies at the Secretariat of Continuing Education, Literacy and Diversity (SECADI) of the Ministry of Education (MEC) (2011) and Deputy Coordinator of the Distance Education Center (NEaD / Unesp) (2011-2018). From 2010 to 2018 she was coordinator of the Promotion Center for Digital, School and Social Inclusion (CPIDES). She has experience in the Education area, with emphasis on Digital Technologies of Information and Communication in Education, acting mainly in the following themes: Teacher Training, CCS Approach, Public Policies, Special and Inclusive Education and Distance Education.
